Data provided by the client when creating your account will not be released to third parties. Your personal details are stored only in our database. According to the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data No 15/1.1999 of 13 December 1999, the client has the right at all times to access, modify or cancel your data on La Cosa Nostra Shop (trade name), whose head is Bruno Garcia - Moreno Castrillon, CIF: 71882652Q.
The client to make creating your account, you agree that your data is stored only in our database.
Pricing and ordering
All our products include 16% VAT. The product prices will be reflected in the website (except for typing errors).
When you process the order, the customer will receive it in a stately home in 72 hours (weekdays).

The data transfer is encrypted by making use of a secure 256 bit SSL-transmission. We will first reserve the invoice sum from your credit card, i.e. we will not debit the invoice on the first place. We will charge your credit card when we ship your order. Of course, we will not debit your credit card in case of non-accomplishment.
Paying by cash in advance
Pay easily by cash in advance. Transfer the sum to the following bank account and give your order number as the reason for payment:

Returns
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will happily provide an exchange, refund or credit to you at no charge. Simply contact us on clientes@lcnskateshop.com, let us know what's gone wrong and we will give you a returns number.
We all change our minds from time to time, so if some reason you just aren't happy with what you've received we will be happy to arrange a refund or an exchange. Simply contact us on clientes@lcnskateshop.com within 7 days of receiving your goods, let us know why you want to make a return and we'll give you a returns number. Please note that goods must be returned undamaged and unworn in their original packaging with all tags, labelling, etc. attached and intact.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty then we will cover all postage costs. However if you are simply wanting to exchange items then we do require you to meet the return postage costs, and the cost of posting a replacement out to you.
Important: for your own protection when returning goods, we do strongly recommend that you use a tracked, insured & signed for service. We can't be responsible for anything that gets lost in the post, so it makes sense to cover yourself if the worst should happen
