Shipping

Orders will be shipped by UPS. The delivery time is 72 hours.

Shipping for countries outside Spain and Portugal:

15,00 € for orders from: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Belgium, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Orders are processed before 13:00 hours. For orders placed after 13:00 hours will be processed the next day. Do not send orders on weekends or holidays.

Returns

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will happily provide an exchange, refund or credit to you at no charge. Simply contact us on clientes@lcnskateshop.com, let us know what's gone wrong and we will give you a returns number.

We all change our minds from time to time, so if some reason you just aren't happy with what you've received we will be happy to arrange a refund or an exchange. Simply contact us on clientes@lcnskateshop.com within 7 days of receiving your goods, let us know why you want to make a return and we'll give you a returns number. Please note that goods must be returned undamaged and unworn in their original packaging with all tags, labelling, etc. attached and intact.

If you are returning goods because they are faulty then we will cover all postage costs. However if you are simply wanting to exchange items then we do require you to meet the return postage costs, and the cost of posting a replacement out to you.

Important: for your own protection when returning goods, we do strongly recommend that you use a tracked, insured & signed for service. We can't be responsible for anything that gets lost in the post, so it makes sense to cover yourself if the worst should happen.
